The information available on this Site is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction or country where such access would violate applicable laws or regulations or require CompanyVista to undergo additional registration or compliance procedures. If you choose to access the Site from a different location, you do so at your own discretion and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any relevant local laws.

The Site is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction (generally under 18 years old), you may only use the Site with the consent and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian must read and agree to these Terms of Use before you access the Site.

• Fee Responsibility: The customer is responsible for covering any additional costs associated with setting up and operating a company that are not included in our service package. These may include notarization fees, CPA fees, and other third-party charges beyond our one-time service fee.
• Banking Services Disclaimer: Our banking partners are independent third-party entities, and CompanyVista has no control over their underwriting process, approval criteria, or decision-making. We cannot guarantee the approval of your bank account application, and no refunds will be issued if an account is not approved.
• Restricted Countries: Due to government-imposed restrictions, we are unable to process applications from citizens of Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. These restrictions are subject to change.
• Processing Time: The company formation process may take longer than estimated if any involved party—such as the IRS, registered agent, or other regulatory authority—requires additional processing time.
• State Selection & Name Confirmation: Once the state formation fee has been paid and processed, no changes can be made to the selected state of incorporation or the provided company name.
• Document Delivery: All formation documents will be provided digitally via email and uploaded to the customer's profile on CompanyVista.com. Physical copies will not be provided.
• Banking Partner Restrictions: Our banking partners cannot process applications from residents of the following countries: Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen, and Zimbabwe. These restrictions are subject to change. However, citizens of these countries who have since moved elsewhere may still be eligible for approval.

Unless otherwise stated, the CompanyVista website (the "Site") and all associated elements—including source code, databases, software, website designs, functionality, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content")—are proprietary assets owned or licensed by CompanyVista. Additionally, all trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Site (the "Marks") are protected by copyright, trademark laws, and international intellectual property regulations.

The Content and Marks are provided "AS IS" for informational and personal use only. Unless expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, license, publicly display, encode, translate, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site, Content, or Marks for commercial purposes without prior written consent from CompanyVista.

As an eligible user, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site. • The registration information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and update your registration details as necessary to ensure their accuracy.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
• You are at least 13 years old.
• If you are a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction, you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to use the Site.
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or other automated tools.
• You will not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

If any information you provide is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, CompanyVista reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny you access to the Site, now or in the future.

You may not access or use the CompanyVista website for any purpose other than the services we provide. The website may not be used for any commercial endeavors except those expressly approved by us.

• You may not systematically retrieve data or other content from our site to create a compilation, database, or directory without our written permission.
• You must not trick, defraud, or mislead CompanyVista or other users, especially in any attempt to obtain sensitive information such as passwords.
